  Iam a homebody but I like to travel as well .. So I travel often but in the winter and always open to travel

  I ate white meat most of the time and red meat on special occasions.
  
  My diet it's about cooking at home with organic products and fresh vegetables and fruits so I like to eat healthy so I ate pretty much everything and balance its inportant.
